|IMPORTANCE OF NOTIFICATIONS|
Unless somebody does happen to require a different method, any type of special|
service where people are gathering where any conditions mentioned below occur
will usually require notification. Notifications are typically made either
verbally or other format.
Beyond gathering style events, notifications are also proper in commerce
if service or sales should include extra respect for particulars surrounding
item or service, or thing.
1. If proceeding into risky service
2. If consumption of item is atypical (such as rare or very unusual item, or beverage)
3. If going any further may require special plans, especially if location is very hot or
timeframes may limit safe return
4. If chances buying item presents special risk or concern (some common hot sauces,
very high content proof alcohol, or adult-grade materials or items); for examples
outside of this you can ask around or observe what the marketplace will usually do
concerning such items!
5. If actions or events should require notification because of crowds, security
issues or problems, or lack of restroom facilities is harsh reality
Notifications may be in the form mentioned here, or where available, included as
part of a process which properly informs user of issue or concerns.
|IMPORTANCE OF SIGNING OFF|
In this context, one should concern themselves with "Signing Off" where documents|
at end-user level provided by merchant or developer are:
1. Very important to protect merchant or developer; or required by law
2. Absolutely required to use or enter process, such as some exotic or underwater
exercise; in addition to many types of events or exercises that require special
pre-requirements or authority to use; certainly this list may include changes
in law that should be researched regarding hiking, swimming, or deep sea
exploration and experiences
3. Any type of event or process that is unusual and by default should include
sign-off by end-user to confirm understanding of requirements
These any many others not mentioned here should be considered if there is a chance
of harm, or if person(s) involved need to be certified and experienced at the
onset of starting. Beyond any requirements is common sense by operator to ensure
signing off is more than just formality but asking questions, conducting trials or
pre-entry performance tests. This is essential if exercise or experience is
particularly dangerous or presents risk based on age, fitness, and mindset.
If a question should ever arise by patrons of your business in SCREENS the|
question may be related to concerns which need research. If unsure if
any on list below is fully "alright" then you need to find an answer:
1. If I am serving alcohol
2. If I am providing spaces to smoke
3. If I am allowing under age access
These basics may need some form of licensing, oversight, or may be banned.
Concern yourself with knowing the answer
before beginning any business
A remote operator in this context is defined as any person or group which|
does not exist in normal law protections for most others - - or may be
provided unique situations/grantings. This may be unheard of or
could be common for lots of people someplace.
A remotely operated SCREENS system is proper only if observations are
made to such extent that these conditions are met:
1. Law is being observed concerning under 18 patrons; this is normal regarding
threshold of system acceptance of not serving alcohol, providing marriage
services, or providing usual adult materials considered explicit or wrong

here; this is where operators and builders of SCREENS must not permit or
otherwise allow use by operators and those under 18; tendering of responsibility
is lodged in agreements which are presented at point of commerce to understand
these limitations regarding age, certain services, thresholds, and adult
responsibility; this extends to operators of SCREENS which may in their
location have allowances where those under 18 may consume alcohol, or
otherwise grant allowances extending to other areas which violate SCREENS
policy for usage of the system
If SCREENS is operated in a remote area to such threshold, but is experiencing concerns
on societal normals which may allow grantings for UNDER 18 access to what is considered,
1) Adult Material elsewhere, 2) Restricted or Illegal, 3) Limited Under Certain Conditions
such as "OK" with adult guardianship present, 4) or is required to meet religious or other
test to grant access to such UNDER 18 prohibited materials or substances please read
sub-section below regarding this event

EXTENDS ACROSS ENTIRE SCREENS ENTERPRISE AS
MODEL FOR USAGE AND PATRONAGE BY ANY PERSONALITY,
ENTITY, BUSINESS, ENTERPRISE, OR USER
LIMITED ACCESS LIABILITY
USERS OF SCREENS ARE REQUIRED USUALLY UNDER LAW TO
BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL YOUTH UNDER THE LEGAL
AGE OF EIGHTEEN. BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF AGE 18 THE
FULL TENDERING OF RESPONSIBILY IS USUALLY IN THE
CARE OF THOSE ADULT(S) WHO MANAGE, WATCH, CARE FOR,
AND OTHERWISE SUPERVISE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PRE-ADULTS.
USE OF SCREENS BY THOSE UNDER 18 WHO DO NOT ASK
PERMISSION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF STATE OR OTHER
LAWS. ADULT GUARDENSHIP WHO MANAGE, WATCH, CARE FOR,
AND OTHERWISE SUPERVISE VIOLATORS OF LAW AS SUCH,
MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS CONDUCTED OVER SCREENS.
CHOICE AND DETERMINATION FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY
PROTECTIONS OF ANY SCREENS TERMINAL IS COMPLETELY
ANY SUPERVISORS RESPONSIBILITY.
|QUALITY AND POLICY|
A quality service is one that considers all factors for comfort, kindness and|
availability of extra services, and care to give best outcome for any patron
regardless of age, success, timing, and clothing style.
|QUALITY AND RELIGION|
Discrimination is not a good trait. Please consider that quality extends to|
not just robustness and comfort, but to kindness. These seven factors should
be considered before establishing any service which may limit because of religious
beliefs or something else connected to practices:
1. If I am limiting because of age, is it fair?
2. If I am limiting due to dress, is it consistent?
3. If I am trying to establish a principle, is it carefully applied?
4. If I am working out rules, do I have the right under law?
5. If I am helping people find resources and providing help, do I do it right?;
This should be considered any type of licensing and arrangements to ensure
sanitation and all rules are being met regarding operators providing beds,
food, and beverages, as well as hours of operation and events which may
require extra consideration; This also includes any special considerations
for acceptability of arrangements concerning age, where and how, and
details that may require research if unsure; Finally, any type of operation
which includes stayovers, deliveries, food prep, and gatherings are
treated equally regarding safety and many standards; Do your full research
before starting any business or practice over SCREENS
6. Do I discriminate because of sexual orientation? Is it consistent with
lawful practices?; Do I know the rules and observe any special conditions?
7. Do I discriminate because of religious orientation? Does the fair balance of
opportunity and proper decorum match your principle(s) regarding allowances
and potential openness if restricted?
While available or not, your decisions should be thoroughly checked if not
quite sure if restrictions may be OK or would be considered not OK.
Discrimination is not a good trait and is something of a problem if marring
of your operation is the result. If allowed by law, yet is considered
troublesome by the greater community - - is a thing which must be reconsidered
potentially. Operators and merchant creators who do not grant free and
open access may continue usage only if legally there are no concerns.

LIMITS ON ENTRY TO ANY ESTABLISHMENT (BUILDINGS,
AREA SPACES, OR LOCATIONS CREATED ON THE SPOT) ARE
FINE WITH BUILDERS IF ACCESS IS NOT CREATING HAVOC
THE BUILDERS WISH TO EXPRESS ANY CONCERNS SHOULD
BE CONSIDERED BY OPERATORS AND MERCHANT CREATORS.
|USUAL ADULT REQUIREMENTS, MORE|
18 (EIGHTEEN) years of adult age is considered the basic point where some or|
many adult services may be provided. It is expected end-user is allowed
or has been vetted by establishment for:
2. Purchase at point-of-sale
3. Requirements ID needs to be verified, at adult social clubs, other places
4. Requirements which may be limited to allowing entry but with restrictions
Age 18 is not just a principle but a foundation for SCREENS. There are many
types of services which may justifiably require even higher ages as barrier to
use or entry. Under 18 of course, with parental supervision or acceptable
permission or understanding is just fine. This may be your typical grocery,
area tennis or basketball courts, or social event. If it is acceptable to
extent location is not expressly adult in nature, and guardians of under 18 have
knowledge of access or travel to, notwithstanding any law requirements, would
fall outside principle and foundation expressed here (for Age 18+ considered
as Adult threshold).
This section does not grant or limit access for adults based on over 17 age
status. The actual requirement should be well known or understood by
finding out your areas requirement. However, if what would be considered
"Adult Access Only" in one area is considered available to those under 18,
the SCREENS project is expressly showcasing 18 as basic point for entry.
|CHILDREN AND FRIENDLY!|
Access to services or products by very young children is acceptable. To verify|
acceptability, these four major principles stand as long term acceptability measurement
and process which should be considered:
A. Will service provide oversight and protections for Children?
B. Does the service have license or is rightfully under law able to provide services to
persons of any age under 18?
C. Are products being sold regulated, or does food service have full authority to prepare,
make, deliver, and serve food to any person under 18?; This extends to Churches
and not-for-profit zones which while free, are held to same standard or higher
as food service and sales locations for anybody; This includes production and
release by Parents/Guardians to offer and feed persons under Eighteen at events,
locations, outings, et cetera.
D. Are regulations constantly checked and do Parents/Guardians routinely check up on
location to verify acceptable practices are being acknowledged; Do routine observations
fully ensure practices at location meet standards which are acceptable to not only
families but to authorities who may conduct surprise visits?
